Will Sung has been a pioneering member in the real estate industry in Toronto since 1984. During the recession of the early 90s, Will inventively cultivated a Canadian Asian market along Highway 7 between Leslie Street and Bayview Avenue in Richmond Hill Ontario. His success in launching over one million square feet of commercial condominiums to Asian entrepreneurs was then regarded as a real estate miracle.

Will established his company, Landstars Realty Inc. in 1989. Upon joining the Century21 franchise system in 1991, Landstars Realty Inc. and its remarkable sales achievement, was recognized as a ‘Centurian Office’. In 2013, Will renamed the brokerage Landstars 360 Realty Inc., specializing in commercial real estate project management and development.

Will is also the founding director of Richmond Hill & Markham Chinese Business Association, and the President of the Vaughan Chinese Business Association. His main mission in his roles is to develop a deeper tie between the Canadian entrepreneurs and their Chinese counterparts across Canada and the world.

Philip Ho is the Vice President of Forward Signs Inc., one of the leading companies in Canada engaged in signage manufacturing for companies across Canada and the United States. Philip is also the Vice President of Forward Power Lighting, focusing on light fixture retrofitting projects.

Philip Ho joined Forward Signs almost 30 years ago. Daniel studied at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in accounting. After a few years, Daniel moved on to complete an MBA at the University of Strathclyde in the UK. His various work experiences included banking at Lloyds Bank, Chase Manhattan and management positions at HSH Group and Cyanamid Far East.

In 1991, Daniel settled in Toronto, Canada with his family. His first job was with Mapleflair Development, overseeing land investments, rezoning and OMB activities. In 2001, Daniel started his own company Ampton Industries, specializing in electronic components for EMS. Daniel has had the unanticipated privilege of leading a legal team launching a major litigation in the High Court of Hong Kong SAR against a sizeable group of companies. Daniel won the case after 9+ years.
