General Policies, Roles and Responsibilities
Through your partnership, CMBG is committed to expanding your horizons by cultivating close relationships with different municipalities locally and overseas. We will diligently explore business opportunities for you, our members, and will share these business opportunities with you through the CMBG website.
To sustain and build on this platform, CMBG may realize referral fees, rebates or compensation in any other forms through the successful closing of any business projects from opportunities shared on this platform.
To protect interests of members and CMBG- members may, where appropriate, be required to enter into a non-disclosure agreement, a referral agreement and/ or any other agreements that may be required by CMBG, with CMBG, prior to gaining further details of business opportunities listed on the platform.
By applying for membership, each member is deemed to have agreed to all the provisions as stated hereinabove.
Membership Conditions and Terms
- Membership is available to all qualifying individuals 18 years of age or above.
- Membership is non-transferrable.
- CMBG reserves the right to refuse membership of any applicant.
- Memberships are is revocable by CMBG without cause.
- Failure to comply with the conditions and terms as imposed by CMBG or abuse of membership privileges may result in your membership being terminated or certain privileges being curtailed or suspended.
- All membership is for a 12-month period and subject to renewal at the end of each period. Membership renewals must follow the procedure as prescribed by CMBG.
- Members are subject to the terms as stated in the General Policies, Roles and Responsibilities as set out above.
- CMBG may vary, modify or supplement any of these conditions and terms at any time at its own discretion.
- Purchase of student memberships will require a copy of student identity card.
