Will Sung has been a pioneering member in the real estate industry in Toronto since 1984. During the recession of the early 90s, Will inventively cultivated a Canadian Asian market along Highway 7 between Leslie Street and Bayview Avenue in Richmond Hill Ontario. His success in launching over one million square feet of commercial condominiums to Asian entrepreneurs was then regarded as a real estate miracle.

Will is also the founding director of Richmond Hill & Markham Chinese Business Association, and the President of the Vaughan Chinese Business Association. Philip Ho is the Vice President of Forward Signs Inc., one of the leading companies in Canada engaged in signage manufacturing for companies across Canada and the United States. Philip is also the Vice President of Forward Power Lighting, focusing on light fixture retrofitting projects.
Philip Ho joined Forward Signs almost 30 years ago. Dr. Lee was a co-founder and the CEO of Xphase Pharmaceuticals Inc.. Dr. Lee became Senior Director at PharmEng Technology Inc. in 2006 when it acquired PharmLink Inc.; a company co-founded by Dr. Lee in 2005 where he led a group of 20 scientists providing pharmaceutical related services. Before focusing his career on strategic corporate development, Dr. Lee was the Director of Analytical Development at Patheon Inc., where his laboratories developed more than 40 new chemical entities for global regulatory submissions from 2002 to 2005. Dr. Lee also held several senior managerial positions during his 11 years at Eli Lilly.
Dr Lee is the founder of Canadian Association of Naturopathic and Herbal Sciences (CaNHS). CaNHS is a non-profit member-based organization, with the mission to establish a network of pharmaceutical scientists in Canada who strive for excellence in research, development, and training. The pursuit of this mission includes the organization of workshops, partnering events and annual symposiums.
